Licensed Professional Counselor – Provisional (LPC-P)

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you ask for help.
I believe counseling is a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have all the answers. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as you work through what has brought you to counseling.
My approach is collaborative and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered approaches, while incorporating techniques from other modalities based on your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about what is wrong; it should help you develop insight, build practical coping skills, work through challenging experiences, and create meaningful change.
I have experience working in behavioral health and substance use treatment, and I have a particular interest in supporting individuals as they navigate addictions, anxiety and overthinking, depression, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. I recognize that taking the first step toward counseling can feel intimidating, so I strive to make the process feel approachable and empowering.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and that my job is to walk alongside you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. We can work together to better understand where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you would like to go.
