Ethan Palmquist, MSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Naperville, Teletherapy
I firmly believe that we draw our strength from our experiences, and that there is always room for hope. My goal is to help clients develop a strong sense of self and move towards healthy acceptance. I focus on strengths-based practice, also utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. I find that examining a client’s strengths and helping to formulate solutions can enable them to realize their full potential. I primarily work with those looking to manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. While I offer faith-based practice for those who are passionate about their beliefs, I am open to all walks of life and treat all clients with dignity and respect. I am open to working with teens, adults, couples, and families.
I am passionate about helping people learn more about their core selves and explore what makes them unique. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support in making positive changes, I’m here to walk alongside you as you build resilience, find clarity, and move toward a more hopeful future. As a husband and father, I know how challenging it can be to balance life’s demands while still caring for yourself and your relationships. My personal and professional experiences shape the way I work—with empathy, loyalty, generosity, and a focus on creating a place where you feel heard.
